The aim was to establish an online alternative for the existing PostShops that we all know from almost every post office we’ve been into. The client’s plan was to integrate a new product sortiment into one up-to-date platform using a loyalty card which is currently being prepared. The requirement was to coordinate the eShop with the internal post office systems and make a platform for using the loyalty programme.
Emerging from the analysis we established a project basis composed of internal systems. We improved this system, so that the multiple platform communication used by clients (e.g. banking products, CRM systems, affiliate programme, etc.) was possible. The design was made by our UI and UX specialists, who established a complex communication system aimed at a specialized target group of the eShop and further products of the SKCLUB brand.
